Progress and implementation of HarGharJal & SwachhBharatMission in WestBengal, jointly reviewed by Ms.Vini Mahajan, Secretary, DDWS along with Shri Sh. H. K. Dwivedi, Chief Secretary of the State. Finance Secretary and senior officers of the State attended the review.

Since launch of JJM in August, 2019, more than 29.73 lakh rural households in WestBengal have provided tap water supply. As on date, 53,631 schools and 6,652 anganwadi centres in the State are provided with tap water supply.
